3M Rust and Paint Removal Disc

Removes rust, scale and old paint from metal or wood. Use as a rotary disc (on face) or as a brush (on edge). Conforms to contours and leaves a smooth, paintable surface. Will not rust or splinter like wire brushes. 1/4" arbor fits all standard drills.
