This pressure canner is extremely durable, constructed of heavy-gauge polished aluminum with a stainless-steel clad base. It can be used on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. The pressure dial gauge registers a complete range of precise processing pressures, which is especially helpful if you live in a high-altitude area. You can start canning worry-free with the special air vent/cover lock.
